Amazing Panoramic Views from Ocean Front Penthouse!

When you enter this 1722 foot penthouse your breath will be taken away by the panoramic (180 degrees) view of the white powdery sand, blue skies, turquoise sea, swaying palm trees, and distant waves crashing over the barrier reef. While relaxing on one of your three balconies you will feel the beautiful ocean breeze from this Ocean Homes prized penthouse oceanfront location

You can fall asleep listening to the gentle surf or wake up to the rising sun. There are two master bedrooms with king-sized beds and ensuite featuring walk in showers. There is also a half bath in the hallway for guests. The bedrooms have abundant closet space and the kitchen is fully equipped microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and gas stove with granite counter tops and abundant counter space. The dining area can easily seat six people.

Ocean Homes is a very unique peaceful property located directly on the ocean with a lovely two level pool and beautiful lounging area that surrounds the area. The complex is very private with a gorgeous white sandy beach and palapas for your relaxation. The town of Puerto Morales is very quaint and features authentic Mexican cuisine and lovely shopping opportunities and safe walking distance from the condo. The complex provides free safe secure locked parking.
We require minimum three nights staying.

This unit is absolutely beautiful. The view is unmatched and the place was spotless. There was coffee and so many little touches that made us feel welcome. Couches are so comfy and you don’t find that very often in Mexico. The beds are brand new mattresses and very firm for us but other than that i was in love with the place. Not to mention the pool is so clean and beautiful. It is located further from downtown than it shows on the map. It is right next to Único beach club. Great location but just so people are aware. This is truly a beautiful property and we would definitely rent it again.

Oh the views, open space and luxury!

We absolutely adored Ocean Homes—it was an excellent property! The location is perfect: close enough to town to walk, yet tucked away just enough for peace and quiet. We used the private beach palapas daily, which felt like our own little slice of paradise.The condo itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed—including a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. It was easy to spread out and truly relax.Liz was fantastic to work with—responsive, helpful, and in constant communication with us via WhatsApp and text from the moment we arrived. The fresh fruit basket she left for us was such a special touch and made us feel so welcome.I honestly can’t imagine a better place to stay in Puerto Morelos. We’ll be back!

What A Beautiful Place

A very comfortable stay in paradise. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. So much is included to meet your every need. We felt well care for at this ocean front penthouse. Really appreciated the elevator. Plenty of towels. Well equipped kitchen. Host is immediately responsive to requests. We had no issues during our stay. Would not hesitate to book again.

Perfect location, a short walk to Centro and lots of restaurants. The pool and ocean front were perfect for relaxing and swimming. The condo was well equipped for all our needs. Definitely recommend.

Puerto Morelos trifecta

Liz with Ocean Homes was our point of contact and she and her team of experts had us set up from the word go. The 4th floor penthouse far exceeded our expectations. The unit is absolutely Impeccable! Completely stocked with everything you could need. The complex is wonderful and extremely secure we never felt suspicious of anyone or anything. The beach area was perfect ! The Unico Beach club is next door and Alvar, Elle, Beto kept us supplied with libations and excellent food and service. We rarely used our rental car as we walked to town (1/2 mile down the beach) daily and in the evenings we dined at Punta Corcho, Mulle Once, Bouiqnet, La Chorza all first class restaurants with the seafood I’ve experienced. There is a grocery store Chedraui which has anything you need for your stay, we utilized it for beer, wine, deli etc… I think the most important thing to emphasize is the people of Puerto Morelos, the sweetest and kindest folks I’ve experienced in a long time. Puerto Morelos is not the resort town that Cancún and Playa are, it’s a simple community of locals and tourists from all over, the vibe is relaxed We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visit and will most assuredly return. Thank You Raoul, Liz and Puerto Morelos!

wonderful lazy time

We enjoyed our days off in Puerto Morelos. We were very lazy, which was easy to do in such a nice penthouse, with a warm swimming pool and warm ocean water. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. There are many excellent restaurants to choose from.

Great condo with nice facilities & access to beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at Raoul’s condo. It was nice and clean upon arrival and we loved access to a great community pool and the beach! This was key for our family with young kids.

Great location and great communication

This unit gave us plenty of space and is perfect location to enjoy the PM town and all restaurants. Conveniently set up between multiple beach bar and grills with private beach area and great swimming pool area. The property owner is really on top of his game and was very responsive. Easy access to unit and was flexible on time with my family. The views of the ocean are fantastic.

Charming town and clean condo

Puerto Morelos is a charming town with incredibly friendly people! Our condo was very clean and just as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked, and we weren't lacking for anything. We had a bit of trouble initially finding the location of the condo which was a little frustrating (fyi map quest does not take you to the right location) but we stopped and asked a local who was happy to help out and point us in the right direction. Once we finally found the right place, the rest was just wonderful! The host was good at communications and the place was quiet and clean. The community was lovely and full of live music! We would definitely love to come back to Puerto Morelos!
