"The room was not cleaned properly, as there was stuff on the floor and even in the balcony. I do feel it depends on who was cleaning it, as they did the room late. "I was disappointed about the spa services and no communication was offered. The steam and sauna rooms were not working. I was given a voucher which I used but it didn't benefit me because nothing was working. The receptionist didn't inform anyone about the facilities not working."
