"The host was very helpful sending a lot of information before the trip and greeting us with more information and history of the Priory. Well equipped apartment including a pint of milk. "It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."

"My partner and I recently spent 5 nights at the Coach House, a quaint property in a peaceful village location but with easy access to both Bristol and Bath. The owner was incredibly welcoming and the property was immaculately clean throughout and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We have no hesitation in highly recommending the property and would happily stay here anytime we are in the area."

"My stay was horrendous. I found getting into the building a nightmare, having not signed in online. Others were in the same boat. You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails.
