"The hotel is unique and individually decorated and furnished. We had a large terrace with loungers, tables and chairs. The owners and staff were really friendly and helpful. The cobbled street is steep to the hotel and could be slippery particularly when wet. Numerous bars and restaurants a few minutes walk down the hill to the harbour. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"The manager on site (Mike) was extremely friendly and helpful. We had the corner suite with the balcony overlooking the port, and almost wanted to stay out their the entire time, but were very glad we ventured out and took Mike's recommendations for dinner and daily walks. "It was a beautifully restored mansion. We were in the basement but there was plenty of sunlight streaming in from windows. Bedroom was in upstairs loft so stairs to navigate . Bathroom downstairs. Everything updated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, from granola with fruit to eggs and small spinach pies. Tasty orange cake to top it off! Lovely place with garden and resident tortoise and areas to sit outside with a glass of wine. Highly recommend and use the donkeys to carry luggage!"

"Fantastic Costos was super host and let us know all that we needed to know both accomodation and Hydra, + history. our room the patio was very small, no pics when I ordered far too small for a weeks stay, the shower was minimal and the water went over the whole floor so we had to mop up with towels. Costos upgrade our room to 2nd floor much better, but only for four nights free of charge, then we would have to go back to the patio. that was not happening so we ordered and payed for another...

"J’ai rarement vu un si bel endroit Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable, seules quelques serveuses à la plage parlent très mal anglais, sinon tout le reste est vraiment génial Le petit déjeuner est copieux, servi dans un endroit calme et lumineux Facilement accessible depuis le port en taxi pour à peine 6€ Nous avons été surclassés et avons pu bénéficier d’un Check out tardif Vraiment une superbe expérience Nous reviendrons !"

"Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, sehr gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück, kein Buffet, wahrscheinlich weil kaum Gäste da waren, war sehr gut. Das Bad ist zwar sehr schön, aber sehr klein. Uns hat nur gestört, dass die Mülleimer bei 2 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht geleert werden, zumal keinerlei Toilettenpapier in die Toilette durfte. Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, was uns nicht gestört hat. Ein Schrank war nicht vorhanden . Alles in allem sehr schönes, neues Ambiente, auch...
