Book the room with the private pool at the bottom of the property if you want your own pool and the most private of rooms with the best view on site. "Our family of 4 rented the 2 bedroom at Summer Residence from 6/18/25-6/20/25. The stay was wonderful. The front patio has a gorgeous view of the southern coast of the island. "We loved the island of Milos! The Delmar apartments were stunning in such a terrific location. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, market, and the best gyros spot across the road. Iliana the General manager was so fantastic. She was so helpful with recommendations and knows the island so well. "The property is so amazing and not to far from the main port. The Host was so kind and informative and was so helpful with recommendations and setting up rides for us. We wanted to book an ATV and she had the rental company bring the ATV to the property which was so convenient. 100% would stay here again!"

"We loved our stay here, the staff were so welcoming, the room was perfect and as expected. Very clean, comfortable and spacious for our stay. The location is perfect because your central and close to the main town but in a quiet section where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. I would stay here again and recommend it 😊"
