Whether you're visiting family and friends or hiking in the mountains, our Mountainside Cottage is the perfect home base. From the comfortable furnishings inside, to the beautiful mature trees shading the fully fenced backyard with outdoor dining area and BBQ, our guests love that they feel right at home. You'll also receive passes to the Provo Rec Center with a 7 night stay, that includes free fitness classes, amazing gym, awesome pool with lazy river and rock wall, and much more! See you soon!

You'll feel right at home in this charming cottage just south of BYU campus. Completely remodeled and brand new! Enjoy sunsets on your cozy porch with comfy patio chairs. The front living room is comfortably chic with large couch, 55" smart tv, dedicated workspace, and even board games perfect for a competitive game night! The kitchen is a breath of fresh air, fully supplied with all the tools you may need, including Keurig, instant pot, slow cooker, toaster, and hand mixer. Comfortable dining area with custom built in seating and storage. The master bedroom has king bed with blackout curtains where you're certain to get a good nights sleep before adventuring! Have kids? Perfect - the second bedroom will create magical memories for them with a bunk bed trundle. Clean, comfortable and centrally located, you will love your time spent at the Mountainside Cottage.

We know how important privacy is on a vacation. That's why we offer a self check in that allow you the flexibility of keeping your own schedule and the ease of checking in whenever works best for you. We are also close by and available for anything you might need.

This home is in a cute residential neighborhood south of campus that will allow you to be extremely close to all activities / attractions, while being comfortable and able to unwind.

Backyard and main floor / upstairs is completely private spaces. There is a mother in law apartment rented separately downstairs.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
