Welcome to my home in beautiful Edgemont, Utah! Located in a convenient neighborhood minutes from Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University, as well as Provo Canyon, Sundance Ski Resort, and the amazing Wasatch mountains, this is the ideal destination for those seeking both adventure and relaxation.

This 5-bedroom, 2-bath house is the perfect haven for families, groups, or even a getaway with friends. There is a full kitchen adjacent to a dining area and a large family room that creates a great atmosphere for being together. There is a full-sized washer and dryer and enough space to spread out. Enjoy mornings and nights on either the front or backyard patio. If you’ve got a student, visiting family, or have kids in summer camps my house is perfect for your visit.

The real magic of my house, however, lies in its incredible location. Outdoor enthusiasts will be in paradise with an abundance of activities at their fingertips. Explore Provo Canyon, and the easy-to-access Bridal Veil Falls, blue-ribbon fly fishing in the Provo River is minutes down the road, and all the hiking and biking trails you could want. Any time of the year, visit Sundance Mountain Resort, recently voted the reader’s choice award #1 resort in Utah by Conde Nast Traveler. Mountain bike, enjoy a scenic lift ride or hike to Stewart Falls. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and dining in winter.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay while you visit your kids at Brigham Young University or UVU, or you’re attending an event or camp, from my home it’s an easy 5-minute drive to BYU and 10 minutes to UVU.

Graduation

It was a great house to just our son’s graduation celebration. The kitchen, living room and backyard were perfect. There were 6 of us and that was the right number with only 2 bathrooms. There are no bathrooms downstairs with the three bedrooms. This would be rough with more than 6 people staying. The price was right for the property.

No heat!

Property was fine. As advertised. It’s just that the heat didn’t work and the owner didn’t seem to care. The main reason I stay at a vacation rental is so we can all hang out. It’s wasn’t very comfortable to hang out when the house was 55 degrees. Owner sent someone over to fix it but it couldn’t be repaired. Took him 13 hours to respond and again wasn’t very empathetic.

Provo house

Not much room for a large group to sit and visit. No bathrooms downstairs. The low ceiling in in one bedroom had people hitting their heads.
