Our rental comes with two deeded garage parking spots, a complete rarity in Provincetown! Vehicles of all sizes will fit into our garage and be protected from the elements!

Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including all rooms, amenities, and outdoor areas, minus two locked owners and supply closets.

This includes a fully-equipped kitchen, stylish living room, comfortable bedrooms, two free garage parking spots, and balcony terrace.

We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others.

Being part of a residential community in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down.

Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am.

Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes in our community, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. Sometimes, we might hear footsteps outside or another dog.

Our neighbors live here year-round, so please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home.

We chose this condo as a place to stay to see a show at Payomet, do some mountain biking in Truro and spend some time in Ptown. If you don't mind walking (which we don't) it's a nice walk into Ptown - 1 miles. (you can walk the beach the entire way during low tide). Overall, the East End location is quiet and convenient.

Staying at this property made our vacation fabulous. We were just as happy to stay in as we were to go out. Comfy, well-provisioned, and quiet, with a garage, a fireplace, a grill, and a fabulous gas stove for cooking. Jason, our property host was amazing. He was super attentive and focused on making our stay everything we needed to be. We really can't wait to go back!
