  • Turquoise Sun Villa es una casa recientemente construida, espaciosa y tranquila de dos dormitorios, dos baños y medio situada en la cresta elevada de la península de Chalk Sound con espectaculares vistas panorámicas de los amaneceres y puestas de sol de la isla sobre las exóticas aguas turquesas del Parque Nacional Chalk Sound para el norte y Silly Creek y el mar Caribe hacia el sur. Una gran terraza de la piscina, frente a las aguas turquesas del Parque Nacional Chalk Sound y una cubierta superior de Champagne al atardecer, permiten a los huéspedes tomar el sol desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer mientras disfrutan de algunos de los paisajes más brillantes del mundo.

    Invitamos a nuestros huéspedes a pasar sus días simplemente relajándose en la tranquila y pacífica piscina y terrazas o pasando el tiempo explorando las aguas turquesas de Chalk Sound y Silly Creek viajando de Cay a Cay en kayak. Esta configuración permite que nuestros huéspedes con aptitud física e inclinación al deporte disfruten de la oportunidad de correr, andar en bicicleta o pasear por la península de Chalk Sound.

    Al final del día, nuestros huéspedes pueden crear su propia barbacoa al estilo de la isla, asando las capturas de mariscos del día en nuestra parrilla al aire libre mientras observan las brillantes puestas de sol carmesí por las que estas islas son famosas.

    La nueva Villa Turquesa Sun se completó en marzo de 2015 y estuvo disponible para su ocupación en mayo de 2015. Las espaciosas habitaciones están equipadas con grandes televisores de pantalla plana listos para internet o puede disfrutar de Netflix a través del servicio gratuito de Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad. Las vistas desde las habitaciones son espectaculares, ya que miran hacia la cubierta de la piscina y a lo lejos las aguas turquesas de Chalk Sound a través de ventanas bajas que permiten mucha luz natural y ventilación. La gran sala de estar fluye directamente a la terraza de la piscina y es perfecta para pequeñas ceremonias de boda u otras pequeñas recepciones.

    Turquoise Sun Villa es el escondite perfecto en un Santuario cercano con un sistema de seguridad de alto nivel. La villa está a 15 minutos en coche, desde el aeropuerto y el resto de Providenciales, pero hay mucho que hacer en las zonas de Chalk Sound, Silly Creek, Sapodilla Bay y Taylor Bay, todas a poca distancia.

Great property, with nice host! Right by the beach with a nice view. This home is equipped with everything and more, which it helped because it’s a little further out from everything. I suggest getting a rental car.

We come to Turks & Caicos every year, and this house is now our absolute favorite to stay in. We have two young boys (2 & 4) so the proximity to the calm Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilly makes this location ideal.

Ample, clean, bright house in Chalk Sound residential area. Quiet private street and walking distance to Taylor Bay beach via some trails off Chalk Sound Rd. 4 adults and plenty of room to spread out. Pool was a very nice addition. Views are spectacular from this vantage point.

Host was welcoming, great location, house and pool were clean, amenities were ok overall. The couch (pullout) was not in great condition as a bed but everything else was nice. Overall we had a great stay.

Our stay was amazing! Perfect for our family of 4. Views were amazing! Listing was just as described. Location is a quiet area outside of town. Great beaches nearby. Taylor's Bay Beach was our favorite! Adele was a fantastic host. When we arrived there was a issue with cleaners and turnover from the guests before us, but Adele was quick to resolve, cleaners came within the hour cleaned the place spotless and Adele took care of us well! Such an awesome stay for us! Highly recommend!

This is a great villa in a quiet area on Chalk Sound with beautiful views. The property is very clean and well maintained, and is close to two beautiful beaches, Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay. The kitchen is well equipped, even though we ate out for most of our dinners. Adele, the host, was very responsive in answering our questions and providing helpful information. You will need a rental car if you stay here, especially if you are going to spend any time in the Grace Bay area. There are a couple of restaurants close by, Las Brisas and Omar’s Hut, but the majority of the restaurants and shops are a 25-30 minute drive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property.

Great view and everything one would need for a beach vacation. Adele responded immediately to all needs and questions. Be warned- the street that the house is on, does not have a sign and the turn is easily missed if your Google Maps stop working as mine did. Taylor Bay Beach was our favorite as it was only a 3 minute drive and not crowded. Los Brisas is only a 5 minute drive. We ate there for brunch & dinner (delicious!) and rented kayaks.

The property was beautiful and location was great! Only thing is there is construction next door so might not be the best if you’re looking to just be by the pool bc of the noise. We were out most of the time so no issues for us. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Wonderful property with amazing 360 views of the water/islands… great house for all guests and extremely enjoyable. Well set up for a super vacation. Very clean and well taken care of. Pool is perfect with an abundance of furniture while enjoying the views or going to the several fantastic beach’s very close and walking distance away. Host was AAA 5 STAR on all including their staff. Very thoughtful, kind and helpful! Incredible people. We will be back

Loved the house, nice being away from high rises, drive seemed long at first but went quick once used to it. Great communication w/ Manager and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Very quick drive to Taylor Bay Beach.

We loved staying on Chalk Sound, very close to both Taylor Bay and Sapodilla beach. Quiet area with great views of Silly Creek and the sound. Adele was very responsive and easy to work with. We would confidently recommend this property.

Amazing Stay!

Absolutely incredible stay! My daughter, her friends, and I rented this villa for two days, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, the pool was perfect, and the atmosphere was peaceful yet luxurious. The host was responsive and made sure we felt right at home. We made unforgettable memories here and would definitely return without hesitation!
