Pros: 1. Hotel itself is pretty on the outside, really has a tropical feel 2. Pool was very clean and nice 3. Car rental shop is walking distance away with other restaurants 4. Responsive host Cons: 1. Moldy shower 2. Lack basic kitchen amenities/kitchen equipment 3. Missing basic toiletries 4. Old gym 5. Patio door mosquito net was not installed so be weary of bugs, or scorpion which we found in our unit 😅

I didn’t like the internet service most of the time it wasn’t working and the staff at the main building in the office they were disrespectful and don’t know how to communicate with guest but the property manager was great he get back to us promptly but I like it this was my second year staying there .

The view was spectacular. The unit was clean and great for a family. We enjoyed the pool and we were walking distance to the beach.

Couldn’t have asked for more from this stay. The owner was very attentive of my needs and informative. The room was amazing and we loved the view. The hotel pool was amazingly warm, it was just perfect

Very pretty landscaping and clean grounds. Outdated bed/ bathroom.. needs maintenance. Hard to see much of anything over the terrace cement wall when sitting in chairs. Other than that, communication was good and close to a few really good restaurants.

This was my second time to TCI and I’m so glad I chose this place. Host was responsive and very helpful. Very close and central to all the hotspots and local activities. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The AC was ok , but bed was low and hard the bedding was not clean , the sofa bed was not working , the overall stay for my family and I was not pleasant at all

Very nice property with great views and good beach access. Very easy to communicate with the owner who was great and very responsive. Large patio and many places to take quaint pictures. Everything needed was in the kitchen and it is central to everything. I highly recommend this property and I have stayed at many. This is one of the best.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4-Star Rental Property Review I had a great stay at this rental! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay. A few minor improvements could make it a perfect five-star experience—perhaps some additional amenities or a little extra attention to detail in certain areas. Overall, though, I’d highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again!

My son and I had a lovely time here for his birthday. I was initially disappointed because the property was listed as oceanfront but it definitely was not. It was however right down the street from Smith’s Reef where we had the best snorkeling experience of our lives. Communication with Michael was seamless and he was a pleasure. The condo was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Will stay again whenever we make it back to Turks and Caicos!

This property is a ideal location your on vaca or business. In my case it was business. It was bot far from the bank and the grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. I would normally buy lunch and dinner. This room allowed me to feel at home and I cooked breakfast and dinner during my stay. I wish I was not on business as this room would be great for a family vacation.
