Let’s begin with the check in process. Communicate on the day of check in was slow. There was no communication that there were stairs involved. Nor was there communication to state there would be ongoing construction during my timeframe. I got no rest during the day for the constant banging on the foundation trying to put up a fence. The next thing is there was not cooking utensils that would be sanitary (wooden spoons is not ideal for temporary housing). There were no potholders or baking trays for the oven. There was not even additional toilet paper or paper towels to accommodate 1 week stay. There were also locked doors, which meant it was only one way in and one way out, which should be unsafe and a fire hazard. I had to purchase all the necessary additional materials that should have been provided for my stay. Also the bathroom did not have stopper for the sink. The paint on the ceiling is peeling and there was an odor coming from the sink. There was also only one remote for 3 TVs, in the main living room which I did not sit in as the coach looks like a new one is needed or it needs to be cleaned. If you are looking just to stay an a rush no more than 2 days it’s okay get in and get out. This is not a location for a stay of a week or more.

The restroom fixtures and bedding were clean, and I didn't see any insects.Tell people which door (right or left) is the entrance. State that the external keypad is in the doorknob. Redirect the sensors for the lights to turn on in the stairwell for people who are less than 6 feet tall.Please remove the stains from the shower, install a shower curtain bar that does not crash to the floor when you move the curtain, install a toilet paper holder, towel bar, and shelf for placing one's clothing in the bathroom. Scrub the floors, kitchen cabinets, and appliances, including the window unit air conditioners. There is no way that I would prepare any food in that kitchen. I scrubbed the light switches for you. Perhaps if you have an iron, there should also be an ironing board. Two towels and two washclothes were provided for two people to stay Sunday to Wednesday. No hand towels or kitchen towels. Did you notice that the one kitchen counter is wobbly because it's not fully installed? The bathroom sink doesn't fit either, but it's functional. The living furniture is beat up. The three pieces of the sofa separate when you sit on them. The coffee table looks like it was taken from the trash at the curb. We were beyond disappointed

Our stay in Providence

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property, the place was clean and spacious. Having three TVs (one in each room and one in the living room) was definitely a plus!We will consider booking the place in the future.

Comfortably Adequate

The apartment itself was comfortable and secure. It's in a residential area and if you don't mind walking, it's an easy 2-mile trek to downtown. There are a lot of small Latino markets and restaurants in the area and while it's in the city, it's not an overly noisy area.The only downside that there was no remote for the living room TV. I did try to contact the property managers both through VRBO and text, but heard nothing back. The couch is also made up of mismatched pieces of a sectional so comes apart easily.Otherwise, we had everything we needed during our stay.
