  • This lovely home we call Stonehaven is serene, secluded, scenic, sunny, spacious and situated on a one acre wooded lot - only steps away from the shoreline. As you walk in, you will be greeted by the spectacular ocean view. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a petite / private room with a twin bed.

    Walk into the living area and there is a cathedral ceiling with windows from top to bottom and a futon that comfortably sleeps one. Go upstairs to the spacious loft with two twin beds, one with a pull-out twin bed. There’s plenty of room to sit and watch a movie. During high tide, look out to the ocean and you will feel as if you are on a cruise liner…. without the sway of course.

Amazing get-away

We wanted a place to relax, as well as see Acadia national park. Stonehaven was perfect! It is a wonderful house in a great location that our entire family enjoyed. And the owner, and his neighbor who helps out, were fantastic! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Ideal Location

The house is very well appointed, with dramatic ocean views and very good privacy. The house is spacious, the bed in the master was very comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful--clearly a properly maintained property. The host was very communicative and helpful and provided great suggestions to take full advantage of the area.

Lovely stay in Maine on the coat

Our group was a family of three generations ranging from 20-80. The house was very clean and was perfect for our stay. We checked out Acadia, nearby fishing villages, and the Schoodic Peninsula. It felt remote yet close to what we wanted to see at the same time and the views are beautiful.
