Hotels a Prospect, Charlestown

"Superb location. Staff could not be more helpful and Friendly. Amazing wildlife in and around the property. Would definitely return. Only small criticism is it was a little pricey in the restaurant."

"The Golden Rock is a one of a kind property and we cannot wait to go back. The cleanliness was a 10/10 and the landscaping was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was excellent for every meal we had. I highly recommend the conch chowder. Thank you Golden Rock! "

"The hotel is isolated from the happenings on the island. I was told that the hotel was fully booked but there were no other cars onsite besides my rental. There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. When it was time to check out there was no one available and I had to shout for a while until a painter came down...

"I love the fact it was right on the beach. I could wake up 5 in the morning and just walk out to the beach. the restaurant was cool and the staff were friendly and helpful. my only complaint was the shower. I could use a good scrubbing and bleaching. I had to go ask housekeeping to reclean the shower then I just cleaned it myself to my standards. outside of that the stay was great."

"INFESTED. THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 4 SEASONS RESORT. This hotel is infested, dirty, and falling apart. Every surface in the rooms is stained with nasty, large red/brown/yellow splotches to the point that I did not want to sit down on any of the furniture, let alone sleep in the bed. Most of the items/hard surfaces in the room were covered in a thick, crusty yellow/brown grime with human hairs effectively glued into said items/surfaces by the grime. We asked to move rooms the last night we were here...

"The rooms are very spacious and clean."

"Always a pleasure staying at Royal St Kitts"

"My experience at Koi was not quite what I expected. The rooms are modern, and most of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. Immediately after checking in, I had to change rooms because of an obvious maintenance issue. Given the inconvenience, I expected a room upgrade, but the replacement room had an obstructed view and felt more like a downgrade from the original room. Housekeeping also never cleaned my room, despite my...

"I like this hotel for the price and location, the ocean view was amazing, the room was spacious and beautiful, but the 3rd day the water went off. So, I was able to wash the dishes, take a bath or wash my clothes. You also have to request that housekeeping change your towels, I went chasing the ladies on all the floors just to get some clean towels before I realized that i could send an email directly to the office and make my request known."

"This is a very well located property, right in town. Great for solo travelers and "wanderers" Not for the laid back. A Supermarket right under the hotel. Highly recommended."

"I like the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. My next trip to St.kitts i would stay there again. I would recommend the hotel to other people. Keep up the good work,it's right in the heart of town."

"Great place no frills 2 small pools you are in walking distance to everything you need"
