    The new residence TERRA D'ORU (delivery June 2024) will offer you a quiet stay near the city center of Propriano and all its amenities.

    Ideally located for visiting southern Corsica, you will be 1 hour 15 minutes from Ajaccio and Figari airports, 20 minutes from Campomoro (fine sandy beach), 30 minutes by car from the seaside resort of Porto Pollo and the bay of Cupabia (one of the most beautiful beaches on the island), 10 minutes from Sartène, 1h30 from Bonifacio/ Porto Vecchio, 30 minutes from Tizzano (small fishing village) ...

    Household linen and towels are not provided but it is possible to rent on site 15€/pers.

    The concierge service Les Clés du Valinco will be available during your stay to meet your expectations and will come at the time of departure to collect the keys to the accommodation.

Die Wohnung ist neu und mhodern und toll eingerichtet. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Propriano bzw.der Hafen ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war problemlos.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, neuf, décoré avec goût, tout confort et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié sa grande terasse ainsi que le jardin. Place de parking privative dans résidence sécurisée. Idéalement placé, proche du port de Propriano, à 30 mn en voiture des plages de Campomoro, Cupabia et Porto pollo. Sartène à 10 mn en voiture.Je recommande.
