Private pool, Breathtaking Panoramic View to the Sea & Sunset

THEA VILLAS are located in Aghia Irini, 5km from the port of Parikia and
7km from the airport.
The complex consists of 4 independent villas built on a hill with a panoramic view to the sea and the sunset, each offering a private pool of ~3X5X1,5
The sandy beach of Aghia Irini is 200m away, 5 min by foot.
The villas are ideal for families with kids( > 5 years) or group of friends. They are built in the minimal and traditional Cycladic architectural style.
A mix of modern and traditional furniture provides comfort and relaxation. The big verandas offer magnificent view while the fully equipped kitchen provides all the comforts for indulging cooking occasions.

The equipment includes: Ceiling fans in all areas, TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, BBQ.

Cooking Service can be provided upon request at an cost. Cooking Service should be booked one day in advance.
Parking space is provided for all Villas. Car strongly recommended to reach the house and explore the island. Taxi service difficult to book during peak seasons. Public transportation not convenient.

The use of the pool is at your own risk, no life guard on duty, no diving allowed

The property looks exactly as it does on the listing. It's absolutely beautiful, and the sunset view is incredible. The property is also very well equipped. The only downside to the property is the location. From the main, paved roads, you have to drive on very rocky road for about 6-7 minutes before reaching the villa.

Beautiful view, rudimentary equipment 3,5 Stars

It was a nice week with friends in the villa with a beautiful view. It was amazing to sit together in the evenings and watch the Sunset. The House had a good size and the Beach was very close. But we thought, the equipment was not good enough for this (pricey) Villa. There were only 2 Sunbeds at the Pool for 6 people. The kitchen had only two cooking pots but one was broken. It was hard to cook dinner. The dishwasher was small and didnt work very well. The bed seemed cheap and not very comfy… So we would like to give you 3 and a half stars.

Great property and amazing hosts

Had wonderful stay at this property with a friend. It is extremely well taken care of, pool was cleaned frequently, hosts were so helpful with absolutely everything! Can very much recommend and would stay there myself again.

lovely stay in paros

Stunning villa, tucked away from the busier parts of Paros. A car rental is a must (and the road to approach the villa is unpaved) but we loved every second. The villa is situated right next to others on the property so there is not complete privacy, but we did not mind. The views from the property are gorgeous, the rooms were all spacious and tidy.

Magnifique maison sur Paros

Nous sommes venus passés quelques jours en famille sur Paros et nous sommes tous tombés amoureux de la maison de Katerina. L’emplacement bord de mer, au calme, la décoration, l’équipement et l’accueil sont au top. Il ne faut pas s’en faire, vous êtes en vacances. Notre plus gros regret aura été de partir

Super ophold

Villa Thea II er en fantastik bolig med en skøn beliggenhed. Stor og rummelig, samt ren og pænt. Værterne er søde og hjælpsomme, så vi har intet at klage over. Man skal dog leje en bil ellers er et ophold i Villaen stort set umulig

Ultimate Vacation!

Perfection in Paros! I would recommend Thea villas forever…it was perfect in every way. Plenty of room for big groups, amazing views and a great location. We enjoyed our trip and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay in Paros

We were 2 families of 4 travelling throughout the Greek islands and stopped 6 days at Villa Thea. Harry met us at the Port, arranged for us to get cars and led us to this secret paradise. Wine, and cold bottles of water awaited us. This was one of the best places we ever stayed at in the world and we travel a lot ! The views, the tranquility, the just so right accommodations were simply AMAZING. Paros is a beautiful island to explore and having the Thea Villa as a pied à terre was perfect. We left with a pinch heart , the kids did not want to leave. Highly recommended. Thank you:)

Didn’t want to leave

We loved Thea. It was convenient, well equipped and welcoming. I lost track of how much time we spent in the outdoor space mezmerized by the view. Get a car and explore Paros - at the end of the day, Thea welcomes you back home.
