What a quaint boutique hotel in a very convenient location, about a seven minute walk from Victoria station. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to see in London. My husband and I stayed in a triple room with our adult daughter. The room was small, but clean and they provided maid service daily. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower and they provided shampoo, body wash and soap. They also provided flat and sparkling water and snacks in the room at no additional charge. The breakfast offered a good variety, including breads, bagels, croissants, meats, and cheeses, yogurt, muffins, and cereal and also had a very nice cappuccino/mocha machine, as well as apple juice and orange juice. We were in London during a heat wave and our room had good AC. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They held our luggage the day we got there until we were able to check in and held it again on our last day after checkout, until we needed to leave for our train. Just be aware there are no elevators and our room was on the third floor. One of the employees helped bring our luggage up to our room. Overall, we had a very nice stay, I thought the hotel was a good value for the price and would highly recommend this if you’re looking to stay in the area.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room smelled bad ( like fish) When we checked in our room. So we had to checked in another room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the second room we changed to got problem with the sink. It was clogged up and the water wouldn’t go down. Here we go again, we had to change to another room on 10th floor.

Was upgraded on arrival by the lovely receptionist. Room was beautiful and air con amazing. Along with the views and breakfast offered a lot of choice

This property is small and quaint. It is modern and tucket into row townhouse mansions of the early 1900's. It is off the busy path of the city but right there in the heart of it as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and look at it as a hotel with a bed and breakfast vibe. You don't have all the amenity's of a large hotel but is was a very nice stay for 4 night. Safe travels, A. The room was tiny and the shower room barely had enough space for me to move in and I am slim. But the worst thing was the lack of air conditioning. The room was boiling and although a small portable fan was provided, all it did was circulate warm air. It was not worth the price at all.
