Clean, modern 1 bedroom, (King bed + queen sofa sleeper), 1 bathroom condo with assigned parking, pool, hot tub, and bbqs on site.

Close to beaches, shopping, dining, golf, hiking, parks and more. Located in Sandpiper Village, which is centrally located in Princeville, a resort community on the north shore of Kauai. The resort is quiet and professionally landscaped.

I was born and raised in Hawaii, and we raised our kids in Princeville while they were young. We now live in Arizona, but a lot of our family still resides in Hawaii so we travel back "home" several times a year.

We want to do all we can to help ensure our guests feel comfortable in our condo so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or we can help in any way.

This place was absolutely perfect for us. We knew prior to booking that this place had no air conditioning, but the place came with ceiling fans and plenty of portable fans that made it very comfortable. We had a great stay and loved the pool and hot tub area. The owners provided items for the beach and coolers, that was very useful and appreciated. We are hoping we can come back in a couple years and would definitely book this place again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was in a very nice upscale, safe area. The furniture was very comfortable and the condo was perfect size for my husband and I. We even worked a few day and the internet was great. Robyn and her staff were outstanding. Any little thing we needed, they were right there to get it corrected. We would highly recommend it. Such a great experience for our first time in Kauai.

Our host, Robyn is exceptional. The unit has all the amenities you will need. Bed is very comfortable. Best hot tub after a long day of hiking. Location to Hanalei Bay is only a 5 minute drive

We adored this place in Princevalle. It was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and a few steps away from a glorious morning walk along the golf course. We had everything we needed to make us feel at home. There were plentiful fans to keep us cool. The kitchen is easy to use and has stylish dinnerware, along with everything needed to cook a full meal and clean up afterwards. The patio has a lovely view, table and chairs for eating or relaxing, and coolers, beach chairs, an umbrella and water toys. Laundry was a breeze in a full-size washer and dryer. The bed is comfortable, always a plus after an active day on the island. The shower is spacious and there is plenty of storage around the sink for those who like to unpack. I always appreciate having enough hangers in the closet for myself and my husband, and the spacious closet had plenty. We truly enjoyed our stay in this clean, updated, comfortable condo.

Everything was quite nice. There were just a few things that needed to be attended to. The coffee maker had no light showing that it was on or off and we can’t home to a burnt pot/burner second the toilet paper holder was not fastened to the wall and small things like molding around door jams were completely broken. The place was beautiful, but I think the owner may need to inspect The facility and not just take the cleaning person saying it is fine. All that said, I would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we've stayed here, 5 years after the first. We had another great time and can't wait to come back. The unit is definitely more "worn" than 5 years ago, but the new couch was nice, there were plenty of mattresses pillows and sheets, and.

Sandpiper Condo Super Cute

Cute little condo in a quiet neighborhood just off of the golf course. This was a very comfortable place that met all of our needs. Would recommend and stay here again.
