    Come enjoy my newly remodeled tropical island studio on Kauai's lovely north shore. Your perfect day starts with breakfast on the sunny and private East side lanai. Next, grab the beach toys, pack a cooler and roll down to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Come home and take a nap in the cool AC and then go down the street to Watch the sun set over Bali hai view. Top the evening off with a barbecue by the pool-side and a mai tai. There’s also always night time fun at places like Tiki Iniki or the famous Tahiti Nui down the hill in Hanalei.
    The tiled bathroom feels like a jungle spa -for those who like the idea of jungle camping but want to be sheltered and pampered.
    As the evening cools down you make yourself comfortable on the king size bed situated to watch your choice of entertainment on the the flatscreen smart TV under the ceiling fan. Or maybe you'd like to sit out under the party lights on the private living room-like and enjoy the breeze from the ceiling fan.
    The modern kitchenette that includes all the basics you'll need for prepping small meals, and you always have the choice of numerous wonderful restaurants within a mile. You'll find a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles on the lanai for your use, and even my hand-drawn map for special place to hike to right from your unit.
    The North Shore of Kauai is unparalleled in it's beauty and my little 'piece of paradise' will make your stay just right! Tranquil, relaxing and comfortable. I promise you'll LOVE it!
    I also pride myself in helping to customize trips to hike on my favorite trail in the world; the Kalalau. Let me know your itinerary and I may be able to arrange shuttles to the trail head, store your luggage, or even give you trekking poles to borrow.

This a a fabulous studio in a great North Shore location! Kimberlee provides all the amenities you need and more, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment! The bed and furniture are very comfortable. The A/C and fans work really well, and the lanai (patio) is a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. Highly recommend!

The perfect little slice of paradise! We stayed for an anniversary trip and it was in such a good area and close to everything! The place was clean and had anything you might’ve forgotten!

We had an amazing stay at this property! It is the perfect location to explore the north shore, and has on site parking. The property was spotless and had everything we needed - the beach gear was a great addition. We loved spending mornings on the spacious and well furnished lanai. Kimberlee and her team are so helpful and communicative, I’d highly recommend staying here.

Our stay here was great! Kimberlee was so kind and generous to us as her guests; she was extremely responsive to questions and even provided us with some places to check out while enjoying our stay. The stay had everything listed and is the perfect set up for a couple staying on the north side of KAUA’I. Would highly recommend this stay, we will definitely be back!

Kimberlee was an exceptional host, she kept in touch from the beginning we booked her condo, along the way we had questions and she was super helpful in responding. The condo was clean, and comfortable for two people, the lanai was decorated lovely, with so many nice little touches, we loved all the plants and comfortable chairs.

Kimberlee has a great little appartment with an awesome location! It was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay here and even decided to extend a night which she quickly approved. She was always quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you so much Kimberlee!

Great little spot to stay in the north shore for a good price for the area! Easy check in and out process. And host was very communicative and accommodating. Definitely recommend! Perfect for 2 people!

Nice clean place . We love Princeville. Food was great. Everything was very close. Pool was not heated but the day we were there it was taken over by a birthday party.I was really hoping we would have a view of the ocean but that was a 10 min walk away.

Such a great place to stay. The extras that were included such as the snorkeling gear and the chairs made the trip amazing. The cooking grill and coffee pot were very appreciated. Place was super clean as well.

Kimberlee was an amazing host! Anything we needed, the communication was super quick and all of our needs met. The room is so peaceful — I loved reading my book out on the Lanai. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Host was amazing and accommodating when we arrived a little later than expected. Very clean space and perfect for me and my fiancée to come and go while exploring the island. Everything was beautiful and awesome! Host was very attentive to questions we had prior to arrival. Had a chance to meet her in person and she is very nice and grateful to have us. Would definitely recommend this property and host.
