"The staff at the hotel are just wonderful - so friendly and helpful."

"I stayed at the Ecletico villa for 10 days and it was fantastic. The building is old and cute. The room was cleaned every day and restocked. I requested it being vacuumed once because I like to do Pilates and I like a clean floor. The breakfast selection was great. I did not go hungry. The staff was very friendly. I needed an Uber ordered a few times and there was no issue. Great place. Highly recommend it. "

"My stay at this apartment was quite comfortable and very satisfying. It's close to shopping, bus line and metro rail. Could not have asked for a nicer and cleaner place."

"I have state of my wife for three nights and the hotel was amazing. There is no reception or somebody to deal with you. They will give you the code and you will enter the hotel and the room. The bathroom was so beautiful and clean and almost the same size as the room and it has a tub and a shower room, which is very good and we like it. Also, every day they clean the room with a new towels and the sheet and on the last day When I had six hours after checkout, they give me access to the storage."

"This hotel was very clean and I felt 100% safe traveling as a single woman. I bugged them for room services that weren't technically provided but they obliged lol. Good area, friendly staff."

"Stayed here for a few days and loved it. The staff were nice and helpful. The room itself was a good size and nice and clean. The air conditioning worked well in days that were 88 degrees and up and that was a plus. The only cons were that the rooms didn't have a mini fridge or a closet. You also have to share the iron that's located on level 1. The location was perfect for me as well since it's right in old town but aways enough so it didn't get to busy with the crowds. I'd definitely stay...

"Everything was great, very close to the old town, area without noise, and the staff very friendly. The room was great and spacious taking also into consideration our teens needs. My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet."

"Stayed with my daughter for 2 nights. At first the place looks well hidden but it was the perfect place to be. The building is old yet clean. Checkin, checkout was a breeze. It's location in city center makes it perfect to go around walking everywhere."
