"We liked the coziness of the boat, the views of the river, the surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negative thing we could say was that due to the ran/wind the boat creaked and it made it hard to sleep for one of our nights."

"The apartment had all we needed to feel comfortable. The complex could be a bit noisy at times, but it was to be expected and of no fault of the host. Everything was easy to find in the apartment, the trash pickup was convenient. Everything was a short walk or drive away. Would stay here again!"

"Captain Ron met us to check in. Very nice and helpful. The boat is docked in a private, peaceful area. You can hear some distant traffic noise and occasional faint train, but otherwise very quiet. The boat is older, with ongoing repairs and painting, but was clean and cozy. Has a large, full shower with hot water and a toilet that is similar to RV toilets. "Check in was tough. We were led to the wrong apartment. The property owner did get back to me in less than 5 minutes, which was great! She said she will fix this issue. I would let others know that the property has a ton of stairs. Probably 20 once you get into the building and 10 inside the apartment. It’s beautiful wood flooring. But very slippery for elderly and dogs. I would also note that parking at a nearby lot was 25 a day. So for us- it costs 100 in parking (2 cars). This might be on the...
