The central position of the Villa Allegria certainly occupies a 32 m2 large outdoor swimming pool. It is placed on a terrace encircled with pine trees. A sea view from the cozy beach chairs is simply stunning.
You can observe the sea from thebeach, just several steps from the gate of the property. It is a small paved beach equipped with beach chairs.
Guests can use the summer kitchen and prepare a barbecue meal. You can wine and dine at the outdoor dining area on a terrace in front of the villa.
The exterior of the Villa Allegria is furnished to the last detail and offers peace and privacy. The villa is completely protected from the curious glances. Several seating areas will be ideal for reading books or contemplating with the chirping of the crickets.
The interior of the villa is modern and airy. It offers everything you need for your holiday: a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with an exit to the sunny terrace, 3 bedrooms and beautiful terraces with outdoor sitting furniture.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa. Each provides an en-suite bathroom and a flat TV. Two bedrooms have balconies from where you can enjoy the mesmerizing sea view.
