"Overall, our stay was pleasant. The check-in process was seamless, quick, and completely hassle-free. The resort itself appeared well-maintained, with the exception of the elevators. Throughout most of our stay, they did not appear to be cleaned regularly and could benefit from some fresh paint and general upkeep.

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PATHETIC PLACE. PARKING IS INCREDIBLY CONFUSING AND INCONVENIENT. PARK IN COSMOPOLITAN PARKING ON 3rd LEVEL OF BASEMENT AND TAKE THE CORRECT ELEVATOR TO THE PLACE WITHOUT GETTING LOST.
