"Room was clean but dated. The furniture has seen better days. Windows on the outside were full of cobwebs and bird poop. The parking lot is a bit far away. The location is great for the night market or taking the subway to the game at BC place as the hotel connects through the 3rd floor directly to the station. But hotel is right in the middle of the flight path of all landing planes so expect noise. I always sleep with earplugs if you don’t you might want them. "

"It was a basic room no frills. The staff were very nice and helpful. Close to Horse shoe bay terminal. It suited us for one night only. The resto attached was not very good and prices were high. Not impressed with the resto ."

"My room was at the back overlooking the back of the Skytrain station. Older decor, on main street. Onsite bar and food. A good night’s sleep in a clean room for a great price. Friendly staff. Paid 24hr parking in the lot across the street, or free parking on the street 8pm-8am."

"Under staffed so there was a very slow response time for any issues. Also no clear information in the room on how to use the TV. Channels etc . The room was nice and clean no other issues , I would stay there again ."

"The 24/7 gym is a private gym. But you can’t use it 24/7. I wanted to use it at 6am and I asked the staff the night before and they said it’s not possible. So it’s a flawed advertising. The rooms are hot in the summer, but they have portable AC units unfortunately the unit is right next to your head as you sleep and it’s like having a jet engine next to you. So you have to choose between hot or noise"
