"We had a family reunion with more than 60 people. The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. Plenty of parking and enough grass area for outside activities. The hosts were great to work with and responded quickly to our questions through our our stay. Access to the clubhouse was a plus and we enjoyed the private beach for the water activities....

"this is a location and accommodation that has everything a family could dream of. It was beautiful with fabulous views of Bear Lake, a gym, theater room and a kitchen and eating area that included a large scenic balcony! We can' say enough good about how much we enjoyed our vacation there!We highly recommended it to many friends and other extended family members! This is definitely a10!!!"

"Gorgeous view of Bear Lake! We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative things are that you have to verify your identity with Vacasa, a rental agency, after you've booked with VRBO, or they will not grant you entrance to the property. The hideaway bed in the living room is basically unsleepable because it's flimsy. We just used a cot we had. It's an older home, but it met our needs. I would definitely stay here again."

"Spacious, organized, family friendly!We had a dozen adults and a dozen children at this house and it worked perfectly! Location is fantastic, pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, and there are a variety of bedrooms and sleeping locations for every age group and family size. The kitchen was large and equipped enough for a large group, and there was enough space in every room to accommodate everything we wanted to do!100% recommended for a large and busy group "

"Property was very clean. We have never stayed anywhere so well well equipped; kitchen, bathrooms etc…. We reached out a couple times to management and response time was incredible; they came by within 10 minutes. Beds were crazy comfy. The views are amazing from the living room and front porch. "Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which got our trip off to a great start. The kitchen was excellent—well-stocked, clean, and perfect for preparing meals during our stay. We also had no issues with the Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected when needed.We loved the clubhouse, especially the two pools that our grandchildren absolutely enjoyed. The private beach was nearby and easy to access, adding to the convenience and relaxation of our stay.Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable...

"Great property, we really enjoyed our stay. The kids really loved the pool, which was right across the street. Although we didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub and sauna, they both looked like they worked. The AC worked great as well. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. We even used the outdoor pizza oven, which didn't go as well as we hoped, but that was on us. We also loved that we could walk to the local grocery store. All in all, great place. "

"We loved our stay at Black Moose. The home was spacious, clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for the 40 of us. The large indoor pool was a big hit with everyone as well as the large indoor basketball/ pickleball court. The yard was very large and worked great for our outdoor activities. We could walk to all the eating out options. Plenty of parking for the eight cars. "
