"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."

"Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation!
I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room"

"Great location we walked everywhere, the place was comfortable but not sound proofed so you hear the doors opening and shutting all the time. Found some things missing like there was an ironing board but no iron. Reception was slow, even if no guests infront of them but appreciate them looking after our bags when we arrived early."
