"If you have a large family group, and are looking for great accommodations on Grand Lake, this is your place. With 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, cottages this size are hard to find. This was our second stay here, having stayed in 2023, as well. Biggest improvement this stay was the blacktopped driveway! Very nice. There is plenty of parking space for 8 cars or more, plus your boat trailer. The grounds are expansive, with plenty of beach and two fire pits. The kayaks and paddle boat got a lot of use....

"This was our second stay at Grand Lake Cozy Cottage. Everything was just as great as our first time there. The cottage feels like a home and is well equipped. We love that they have a ping pong table and nice fire pit with wood. The canoes and kayaks are great too although we didn’t use them this time because the water was a bit rough while we were there. Just like before, we never saw the neighbors. The property is in a very quiet spot. If I were to change one thing, I wish for queen beds...

"Beautiful house and lake. We rented a boat from the nearby marina which allowed us to enjoy the sand bar that is a short boat ride away from the dock. This is our second time staying here and while I felt it wasn’t as clean as the last time it is still a superb rental property. "

"The house itself is very nice, it was clean, nicely decorated, and accommodating. However, the surrounding area is not the best. And, there is no outside furniture to dine outside or to enjoy the fire pit. So remember to bring lawn chairs. We did have trouble connecting with the Wi-Fi, but Stephanie was very easy to work with. "This is a nicely updated, well appointed cottage. Sparkling clean. Excellent communication with the host. We very much enjoyed the peace and quiet on this low- wake lake. The beauty of the natural area across the lake and wildlife viewing was enjoyable. The furnished patio was the 'chef's kiss'. As we often do, we brought bottled water for cooking and drinking. There was wi-fi access. Lots of interesting Great Lakes history and family friendly activities within a short drive."
