This is the one, I promise! Just 1.5 miles from The Historic Downtown Courthouse Plaza and Whisky Row . Nestled by the national forest with stunning mountain views, this retreat offers a huge deck with comfortable seating and fireplaces, perfect for family and friend gatherings. Downstairs, discover an incredible musical saloon, adding a unique touch to your stay. This centrally located gem in Prescott, AZ, is ideal for both relaxation and adventure.

The short drive up the scenic Senator Highway will leave you in awe as you arrive at our charming cottage with covered parking. Enter through the side patio for a no-step accessible carport entryway. Once inside you will find a cozy living room featuring a real wood-burning fireplace, smart tv with surround sound, and vintage record player. The open concept design leads to the kitchen and a sliding door that opens onto the top deck, offering incredible views.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: the first with an adjustable king bed and full closet, and the second with a queen bed, closet, and a slider door that opens onto the outdoor deck, providing breathtaking views from the bedroom. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with a lighted mirror, and walk-in shower with built-in seat.

Downstairs, discover a unique saloon and gathering area complete with a wet bar, seating, area to play poker/games table, piano, guitar, music cabinet, and smart TV perfect for evenings of entertainment.

The third bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with attached full bathroom and access to private outdoor sitting area. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer, and the downstairs deck features another hangout area with seating and a hammock.

You will be sure to enjoy everything this home has to offer and it is for sure one of a kind.

You'll have the entire home to yourself, with every feature available for your use. The side entrance offers a no-step entry, making it wheelchair and handicap accessible, and provides direct access to the back deck from the driveway. Enjoy full access to all indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

We give you full privacy but we do live local and available at any times notice.

Smoking is permitted outside front only. Please no smoking on the back deck due to lush vegetation.

Amazing family vacation

My family and I stayed here over the 4th of July and the house is absolutely amazing. The view from the patio is incredible. The hosts have thought of everything when it comes to amenities too. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed. It was especially sweet how they toys and pack and plays for the babies. I can’t recommend them enough. The location is perfect. Super close to town but still quiet with a cabin in the woods kinda of vibe.

Amazing views, Wonderful Hosts

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable for our family - which included a toddler and infant. Great location, the street is a dead end street so very little traffic. Also the driveway is flat and there are no steps to entry.The view from the multi level deck was amazing - we only wish the weather was warmer during our visit so that we could have spent more time out there relaxing!The hosts were quick to respond to questions and were very friendly. The hosts were also very reasonable in their expectations for check out. Our stay was a great experience and I only wish more properties had great hosts like this! Our best rental yet!

Spring Break in the Snow

The house was very nice and roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. The deck was really nice, though we didn't sit and enjoy it much do to the snow. If the weather had been a little warmer I'm sure our family would have spent the majority of our time out there. The house seemed pretty clean and tidy. The shower had great pressure and there was plenty of hot water for everyone to shower (family of 5). The towels were clean too. Often, at other rentals, the towels smell and are very worn. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Great, well appointed property

Really great location and views. Property had every amenity we could have thought of. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Very close to hiking and mountain bike trails. Plenty of room.
