Modern Bungalow, in the heart of downtown Prescott!

Restored bungalow in the heart of downtown Prescott, one block from the historic city square. An open space concept where contemporary style merges with the cozy comfort of a bungalow.

The property boasts a fantastic outdoor space with a warm fire pit to sit around, propane grill, and outdoor dining. The bungalow is recently remodeled with an all new kitchen with new appliances, bathroom w/beautiful marble tiled shower, new windows, washer and dryer, and marble floors throughout. Plus, get fantastic sleep on the brand new Luxury California King Saatva mattress.

The bungalow is a separate guest house on the property - the owners friend reside in the front home. Guest have their own fenced private outdoor space and entrance accessed via the alley. The bungalow has a one car garage that is perfect for parking or storing your outdoor activity equipment and gear.

Less than walking distance to downtown, whiskey row, restaurants & shops, museums, elks theater, farmer's markets, microbreweries, and antique shops. Short drive to: hikes, mountain bike trails, lakes, Yavapai College, Prescott College, and Embry Riddle. Owner adjacent.

Enjoyed the stay. We were confused at first trying to find it. The decorative art on the gate differs from the one shown in the directions for finding the unit. I was searching for that image to verify the location - but it was not there. The garage is a nice touch. I would suggest adding the unit number (122.5) over the garage door to positively identify the address. Once we finally found it, things went much smoother. The water pressure seemed a bit weak, but the shower was nice. I didn't think we'd use the dryer, but with all the rain, it came in handy for drying my cold, damp, sweatshirt. We will consider this unit for a place to stay later (my Prescott daughter is pregnant, and we will likely visit a bit more often). The host was helpful and friendly. Thanks!

Once again a great stay at this bungalow. This was our third time staying and we have already made our next reservation. I can't say enough about the location which is walking distance to so many great restaurants. The bungalow itself is modern and we felt at home. Jessica was amazing with communication and we even got to bring our pup :)

This was a wonderful little bungalow that allowed my partner and I to get some much-needed rest while waiting for our dog to have surgery at the Prescott Animal Hospital. Communication with the owner was wonderful and I couldn’t speak more highly for that interaction the ease of the rental and the property itself.

Very nice and quiet all modern utensils and kitchen, our king size bed was comfy. The air conditioners are mounted in the wall and are kind of noisy when watching tv. Nice clean garage for our car, and the gas barbecue worked great ! We used the washer and dryer no issues there either

The property is small but very well laid out. It is also very close to downtown Prescott so you can walk to anything. The kitchen is very well appointed.We had a few issues that were troubling-there was no soap in the bathroom so we washed with shampoo.The shower was just a trickle making showering difficult,The air conditioners were very loud making watching TV difficult.The owners are very nice and I notified them of the issues and they said they would take care of them.
