Escape to the cool pines of Prescott to our beautifully remodeled 3 bdrm, 3 ½ bath, Air Conditioned home. Situated just 3 miles from downtown, this house is perfect for families and friends. It has 3 levels of living space, 2 separate family rooms & plenty to do. Enjoy swimming, hiking, tennis, & new gated kid's park. Privacy is not an issue with 3 decks, each bedroom has its own access to its own deck where you can sit amongst the trees to relax, read a book, or watch the wildlife below that may follow the seasonal stream flowing through the back yard.. The outdoor pool closes Sept 26 and re-opens May 31. Indoor pool is open all year unless having maintenance performed.
Policy on early access or late checkout. We need the time between guests to prepare the home for our next visitor. On some occasions we can expedite the cleaning process but we charge $20 per hr to accommodate this. Examples: If you need access 2 hrs early it would be $40.

Family Reunion Stay

We needed a place to stay for our Family Reunion visit. This place was perfect for families with children. The play ground was literally right next door. The outdoor pool was right next to it and so was the indoor pool. A bonus was having deer walk thru the property multiple times!

Perfect Cabin

The home was spacious and beautiful. I loved the three tiered decks overlooking a little stream. The kids had fun exploring the property … and I was happy to be able to watch them from the decks while they thought there were mountain climbing. Property has 4 bathrooms which was great with a big group. Would definitely book again!

Nice decor. Stair railing inside and out a bit lose. Wet spots under 2nd level sink. First 2nd level sink stopped-up, but would drain. Listing wording reads that story levels raise rather than descend.. Needed more food baggies and paper towels Comfortable beds. Great Showers. Stairs down from 2nd level are a bit unsafe.

Great location

This VRBO was decorated so cute!! The owners are friendly and personable. The location was close to downtown and yet let you feel like you were away from it all. Our only reservation was the lack of cleanliness and workmanship of the actual house. The deck didn't seem safe, there were several screws sticking up that we had to navigate. Some of the outlets/lights didn't work, and one of the toilets wasn't bolted to the ground and a plumber had to come fix it, It was a mix of A Farmhouse and a fixer upper. I will say that this was our first ever VRBO, so this may be par for the course. Despite these things, we had a wonderful stay overall.

Mountain Getaway

Clean 3 BR 3.5 BA open living area perfect for our group. The location was beautiful and under 10 minutes to town square. Beds were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms gave each couple their own bathroom. We loved the balconies off all the rooms too!

Wonderful place

Host was very friendly and responded quickly! Place is 8 min drive to whiskey row. Great layout for group with two living rooms. Photos don’t do the place justice. Had a wonderful time!
