High-country and clean-air living in beautiful Prescott! Lodging for you and your horses, state land and a host of trails behind the home, direct access to trails, lakes, mountain biking, and grocery stores, all within walking distance—and minutes from historic downtown! Patio area with table, chairs, firepit, and grill to sip a drink after a ride or night gaze at the clear sky and twinkling stars above. So much to do in Northern Arizona. Hiker, trail rider, and mountain biker paradise. Next to Pioneer Park and 5 minutes to the lakes, you can kayak, paddleboard, birdwatch, and much more. 1 hour to Sedona, 1.5 hours to Flagstaff, and 2.5 hours to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.

This property is a duplex and has been fully remodeled. It is sparkling clean and has local owners nearby.

The property is very cute and quiet. The horse farm was a fun surprise. Hosts have made the place very comfortable with high quality furniture and even blackout curtains. They were very responsive and even came to jump start my car at 7am on checkout day. Will be back! 11/5 stars.

Quiet and Cozy

Charming cozy place that makes you feel like you are in the country instead of town. Nice quiet place to relax. Nicole was a great host. She was good at checking in and making sure you had everything you need.

Great little place!

Absolutely gorgeous little place, tastefully designed and thoughtfully appointed. The owners were very easy to communicate with and seemed to have thought of everything - we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The location is perfect too! Would love to stay again.

Horse Friendly!

We truly enjoyed bringing our horses and carts with us to Prescott. The accommodations are wonderful. A paddock for the horses with care and feed available and a beautifully renovated apartment home for us to relax in. Trails out back for hiking or riding. The hosts were also so attentive to our needs. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic Horse Vacation!

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. Brett and Nicole were so helpful with any questions and requests. Bonus were having our horses nearby in large spacious corrals that we could see from our window!!

Sunny side up!

Great Property. Very clean and updated. Communication with owner was easy, as was check-in. Keurig there for mri ing coffe to watch the sunrise. Even had freshest eggs we’ve ever had for breakfast. Definitely stay here again!

Great quiet horse property

The property was exactly as described. Horses and chickens on property with trails around back. Our son rode in the ACA Mountain bike race and it was a short drive to Pioneer Park and we could take the trails if we didn’t want to drive. The place was spotless and although the kitchen is small it is stocked with more than the usual kitchen amenities is a rental. Check in was a breeze and the host was very responsive. If it’s available we would love to come back next year!
