Enjoy this very unique VRBO LISTING that sits up on the hill providing amazing views of the famous Yavapai County Courthouse and Downtown Prescott from the expansive, wrap-around porch or the naturally bright living / great room. Then, beyond Downtown, breathe in the views of the surrounding mountains including Thumb Butte, Mingus Mountain and P Mountain all the way to the San Francisco peaks outside of Flagstaff, AZ. If you keep your eyes open you'll have a great chance to see the family of 8 mule deer that live on the property and dance up and down the adjacent wash.

Next, when you’re ready to enjoy the local fare, just 3 blocks away you can take the stroll through the Granite Creek walkway to the cute and eclectic shops, museums, breweries, restaurants and the world famous Whiskey Row where Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday used to hang out.

Home away from home

Booked for our family for a quick trip for a friends wedding near town. It had plenty of room. Very spacious and clean, quiet area, and walking distance to Whiskey Row. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a peaceful stay!

We were up in Prescott for my son’s baseball tournament and I am so glad we found this place to stay at. Being able to unwind and relax on the porch, cook a good meal, and sleep in a comfortable bed was it for us! We will definitely be back next season!!

Concert in Prescott

Our stay with friends was amazing! The house is huge, so much space, the views were incredible we seen deer walking around. We loved our stay. Communication was awesome. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely wonderful

This was the perfect home for our family gathering for an Embry Riddle graduation. The location could not have been better. Walk to the square. Centrally located for all of our activities. Views are as good as it gets. Manager is very responsive and answered every question quickly.Will be back.

Great Place

Big, rambling, roomy place. Ideal for our group of 5 mountain bikers, especially considering the very large deck space, and HUGE garage and workshop. Bonus: Easy walking distance to our favorite Prescott brewpub, The Lazy G!

Weekend Getaway

This property was fantastic for our weekend stay in Prescott. We all had ample space to roam around, cook and be entertained. Just a short walk from whiskey row this house was perfect for our families needs! One minor thing, I would get that handrail fixed leading up to the front door, asap. That is a hazard waiting to happen with people who’ve just hiked up the driveway and aren’t used to the altitude! Thanks Todd, for great communication and a great house! Would stay here again 100%

did not know what to expect in the area

weather did not look good for trip to Jerome. we had other plans for the day so we left a day earlier, next day was the train thought the verdi river canyon. did it a day earlier. Keep an eye on the weather especially in the spring. We woke up to snow twice with new snow .If you a vet be sure to look up the American Legion. Wonderful place and members.

Great location - Great house

The house was so centrally located, it didn’t take more than 15 minutes to do everything we wanted to do. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we might need. The living room was large and comfortable. One suggestion, is to provide a small step stool so as to reach the upper cabinets. We loved it!

Annual getaway

This house was perfect for our weekend in Prescott! There was plenty of room for 3 couples to hang out, watch tv and play cards. Perfect location to walk to the square and the Lazy G. Todd was great with communication. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect House for a Girls (or Family) Trip!

I booked this house for a trip for myself and four friends because it looked like the perfect place...and it was! I wanted a house large enough for us to spread out and have comfortable places to sleep but also with a couch where we could all sit together and a table large enough to all hang out for meals and games. It was also important to be walkable to Whiskey Row. We had a great long weekend together...exactly like I wanted! The beds were super comfortable and the huge deck was amazing. Be warned that the driveway has a steep incline if you're planning to walk, but our group didn't mind at all. I would definitely consider coming back with my husband and kids someday since the house would serve our family of 6 equally well.

Spacious and Close to Downtown

Our trip was a Christmas gift for my adult children and their families. Our plans evolved as the date drew nearer and Todd, the owner, was very accommodating. The house is large with fantastic views and everything we needed was supplied. We even had a few deer come into the yard. Such a fun trip!

Location, Location, Location!

The views were spectacular in this very comfortable spacious rental. Could see all the holiday lights from the house and it was an easy walk downtown. Kitchen had everything you could need and the beds were super comfortable. We will be back!

Perfect location within easy walk to downtown Prescott

The home has a beautiful balcony and we enjoyed the views. We could even see all the Christmas lights around the Court House downtown. The location makes it easy to walk into downtown. The home was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This house was way beyond expectations! Beautiful home, very cozy and the veranda views were awesome! Walking distance to the excitement of Whiskey Row, but peaceful and relaxing when returned to the house. Cannot wait to stay here again!
