"Very cool place. A lot in a small space. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay."

"One of our rooms wasn’t cleaned but they immediately gave us a nee clean room. "

"Booked 2 rooms. The hallway corridor, the carpets are pulling away from the wall and looks dirty and unmaintained. Bathroom whirlpool tub is brown where the keys are and caulking has turned black in. The bathroom door didn’t open all the way, it hit the toilet. Found hairs in the tub and under the sheets. There was a brown streak on the wall by the bed. Furniture was worn. Curtain had tiny holes in it that was allowing sunlight through, chair had missing fabric. "

"Staff was polite and willing to wait for us even though we arrived in the wee hours. The king size bed was so soft, my back hurt really bad during the night. Other than that, the rooms were great and had shower products available. Walls were a bit thin so I could hear the people next door talking and snoring. Location is great and a quick drive into downtown Newport. We didn't like the free breakfast at all."

"Lovely newish hotel. Nice coastal decor, clean, restaurant and place to pick up snacks. There a nice room with a fireplace to gather, a larger room with a TV and seating and a pool is being built for future use. Convenient to several breweries -Tap Root is a 4 min. drive. 10 min to Newport downtown. Grocery store, Walgreens and a few quick bite options all within a few minutes."

"Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was great! Hot tub was not functioning, and when it got “fixed” only one jet worked. Overall, we enjoyed our dog friendly room and the hotels proximity to everything we were there for!"

"Great location and an excellent overall property. The hotel seems fairly new, with everything in very good condition and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, very good with plenty of options. Room size and layout were perfect. The only downside was that I was expecting a pool, but it wasn’t available yet and appeared to still be under construction. Overall, a very pleasant stay with just that one small disappointment. Highly recommend! "
