"The location was excellent. Close to restaurants and bars, walking distance away. The second level lounge was ideal for family that came to visit us."

"Great food and staff. The rooms were super clean too!"

"I don’t know why we have to pay for parking. The hotel is expensive enough. And they shouldn’t church for parking and never staying here. Again."

"Mold in the bathroom gave us headaches and we got very sick there. Cold water. Very cold at night. Carpet is dirty. Mirrors damaged. Window doesn't close. Overall very bad experience and I would give it a zero if I could"

"me gusto mucho el hotel, muy limpio y el desayuno muy rico"

"Unfortunately our stay was disappointing on many levels. We drive several hours to arrive to a hotel that advertised having a spa, including signs in the lobby, to find out there isn’t one. Our room did not meet standards of what we paid- the sink had a large crack in it, bathroom lightbulb was out, shower was very dingy and did not feel clean. The floors in hotel lobby were filthy the entire time- visible spots and stains. I would suggest finding a different hotel for your stay in this area."

"This hotel was great. Location was perfect for us. The room was big, clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was okay, they could have used more vegan options but the staff (especially Adalberto and the young man whose name began with a K) did a wonderful job to make sure our dietary needs were met. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool in the evening and for us it was a nice and relaxing way to just sit by the fire after a long day. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"The staff were very helpful and pleasant!! AC worked great!! Room was cleaned everyday. Always parking. Very close to a lot of things. The only downfall was it was very noisy. Great tho. Will book again 😁"

"Excellent choice for your stay and everyone that work there was super!"

"Great place!"

"The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff very friendly and very helpful. Free parking how awesome is that."

"Great"

"Pros: The room was spaciuos and clean. The kitchen was great and I loved the full size refigerator. Bed was comfy and there was plenty of differnt lights in the room to choose from. It was quiet and close to the freeway. Cons: The TV was flopping to one side and the shower door would not stay closed. The first night, all of the electric car chargers were working. On the second night we stayed only one was working and part of the connector was broken. It worked though. Over all a good stay...

"Everything was great but the people staying there were a little sketchy! There was a dad watching his kid flipping a butterfly knife at the entrance, a man screamed at me to let him in the pool…."
