"New owners have just taken over. In the process of updating the rooms. The balcony/patio over looks a very pretty lake. Close to downtown Phillips and the lakefront with bandshell and splash pad. Would stay here again!"

"Relaxing location and everything you need is there. Lou, the property owner, was on location most days and provided valuable information when he wasn't busy tending to the grounds and cabins. Great place at a reasonable price."

"Nice place, friendly staff! We were here on a Tuesday with a “limited” menu but they offered everything you’d expect from a tavern. We had an AMAZING Mexican street corn pizza. Room was clean and affordable."

Very cute, comfortable and clean
"Despite the record heat, the AC kept the cabin cool and the lake was a great way to cool off outside. Loved the historic but well equipped kitchen. The only comment would be there is no internet or cell service. But for me that is a plus."

"Visited Phillips for a wedding so we were there just overnight HOWEVER, I would love to book this cabin for a longer stay. Beautiful property inside and out."
