A kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC. Accessed via a steep staircase, the upper floor hosts an open mezzanine with sloping ceilings, where an additional double bed is situated. The apartment benefits from a private entrance and offers direct access to both the garden and a small balcony of 3 m2, as well as a patio, all enjoying a beautiful view of the garden and the resort.
