Charming house with swimming pool in Préfailles

Stroll through the picturesque alleyways of Préfailles, a small seaside village nestled in the heart of the Jade Coast. With an average of 2,700 hours of sunshine per year (comparable to that of Roussillon), the commune of Préfailles benefits from a particularly favourable microclimate: mild and pleasant. Above all a family seaside resort holding the Blue Flag of Europe for the quality and cleanliness of its bathing waters and sites since 2003. Its motto "Who gets wet stays" sums up the close link of the town with the sea.



Located directly in the village a few steps from shops, bars, restaurants and the large beach of Préfailles, This renovated house of 120m² with swimming pool (7mx3.50m Linear depth of 150 cm) salt heated without chlorine (open from 1st May to 28th September). It has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 Adults and 1 child.



In detail, this tourist accommodation consists of an entrance on a loggia, serving a utility room (equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, baby chair, travel cot and additional freezer refrigerator). A bathroom with toilet, Italian shower and double sink, then a kitchen (independent but open to the outside) equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home. (American freezer refrigerator, induction hobs, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, L'Or capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle). In a row, you will access a double bedroom (160), a double living room equipped with a TV and WiFi connection, and a dining room with a double-sided fireplace. On an independent floor (each room has its own staircase) 1 double bedroom (140) and a spare bed (90) as well as another double bedroom (160). A bathroom and independent toilet complete the ground floor and will give you direct access to the swimming pool.



Like many charming houses of the vintage, it has a few steps and interior landings, and almost every room has its own toilet corner,



For maximum comfort, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are available to you. Parking is free in the adjacent streets of Préfailles.

A few kilometres away, the historic centre of Pornic, its old port and castle, that of Gilles de Rais more commonly known as Bluebeard. Above all, do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique "Bouchot Mussels from La Plaine sur Mer", the famous Ice Creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious "St-Michel" Galettes and without forgetting, hot or cold, the cheese "Le curé Nantais".

Belle location

Séjour très agréable, jolie maison, un bel espace extérieur à l’abri des regards, calme. Idéalement située (commerces à proximité (à pied) et mer à peine à 500m). Pistes cyclables qui permettent de rejoindre Pornic. Très bonne communication avec Jack, nous avons apprécié sa flexibilité. Nous conseillons.
