"We had a lovely stay at the Grape Escape. While it is truly roughing it, all our needs were met and the host was easy to contact if we needed anything. Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. "

"Our stay was exactly what my sisters and I needed. The cottage was clean and well-appointed with everything needed for a relaxing experience. The view from the sleeping porch was so pretty and peaceful. "

"I absolutely loved the cottage with a feel of being surrounded by woods on top of a hill, and, being in nature! The hot tub was wonderful! Nature Getaway location is great with Naples close by with Wineries there, and Canandaigua Lake, Sonnenberg Gardens are about 30 minutes away. There is so much to do! Highly recommend this cottage! I will definitely return! "

"We completely enjoyed this property and location in general. We were there for a week and had never been to the Finger Lakes before. We loved being right on the lake. The house was well stocked. It was a nice location for us. We also felt access to most things we planned to do was perfect. "

"Great location, great home, lots to do in the area and at the home. Cooked many meals at the house, ate dinner out only once to celebrate 3 family birthdays. Rented a pontoon boat from Anchor Inn one afternoon (awesome time on the lake) and did a couple wine tastings. Wagner was fantastic! Also check out Lakewood for excellent wines as well. "Throughout the years we have stayed at many vacation rentals. One can tell right away when the owner cares about the renters. The owner of this place definitely does. He included many extras such as a welcome bottle of wine and multiple areas with fresh cut flowers. The house was well equipped, very clean and the view of the lake was beautiful."
