"To the additional issues… the towel’s were never totally replaced. Even though I put the used towels on the floor.
I had to get my keys replaced three times due to them not working. One night after leaving the hospital, my mom and I tried to get in our room the both keys didn’t work. There was a maintenance worker walking down the hallway and opened our door. No verification that was our room! The next morning I went to the front desk and was told our keys were turned off at noon… but I had...

"John at the front desk was very attentive.
The women at the Bistro however was not. She never acknowledged us when we walked up to the counter. We noticed she was looking up a drink recipe so we gave her grace as we could tell she was new, but when she walked away to go talk to John at the front desk we decided the coffee we wanted wasn’t worth it. Other then that or stay was great."

"I was checked in by Liam, and he was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful throughout the entire check-in process. He took the time to explain the hotel amenities and made sure I felt comfortable and welcomed.
Unfortunately, something unexpected came up that required me to leave the same night I checked in. Liam was extremely understanding and helpful during the situation, and he made me feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely welcomed. His kindness and professionalism really stood out to me,...

"Our floor in the room was disgusting when we walked in the whole room smelled like poop and smelling like poop the whole day. We finally figured out there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink. We bought a mop and mopped our own floor. As far as we know, they only cleaned once the five nights we were there. We were approached by sketchy individuals outside of the hotel on numerous occasions they were allowed to hang out in front of the hotel. It was very scary. My dog scared one...

"Great stay. Unfortunately our room was one with the shared door in which the neighbors consistently tried opening late at night from 10-12pm. Thankfully our side had the locks. Breakfast was nicer than most and pretty tasty. Would definitely stay again but request a non shared room for safety concerns."
