"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. "Die Unterkunft hat uns als Familie von 3 sehr gefallen! Das Zimmer war sauber, Harry und Eliza waren sehr freundlich und haben uns alle Fragen ruhig und zuvorkommend beantwortet. "Property is very clean. Only thing is the rooms are to small. My fault for not paying attention to the advertising. However despite that it’s very good. Complimentary wine and cheese for loyalty membership. Again very good but if you need room space it’s different. If I had been traveling alone this would not matter"

"I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting."
