Welcome to the cozy and inviting Pramonės pr. 38 Apartment! This apartment with a minimalistic and simple design is not the biggest of all the apartments we offer, but without a doubt you will still find everything you need for your comfort. One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is the natural light that reaches it, so you will feel especially good in this apartment. Up to 2 people can stay here in a stylish space.

Those staying will be able to comfortably use all household appliances: iron, washing machine, TV, etc., kitchen appliances: some of them would be a coffee machine (we will also serve coffee), induction cooker, dishes, cutlery, bathroom accessories: towels, hair dryer, personal hygiene products. Also, during your stay, you won`t have to worry about parking, you can leave your vehicle in the courtyard of the apartment building.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment.

You will find this apartment in a quiet part of Kaunas - Dainava. For those who like a quiet, slow rest, we have excellent knowledge, you will be able to enjoy this kind of rest not only in the apartments themselves, but also in its neighborhood. Just a few steps from the apartment, you can reach local grocery stores, cafes, beauty salons. Dainava Park is a ten-minute drive away. It has renovated pedestrian and bicycle paths, you can admire the nature both on foot and while riding bicycles, scooters or rollerblades. Or take part in concerts or other events organized in this park. For those who like an active lifestyle, do not miss the opportunity to use the sports fields in the area - football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, you will find them all! We have not forgotten those who adore the bustle of the city and the night life. A 10-minute drive will take you to the center of Kaunas, where you will find everything: shopping centers, restaurants, eateries, night clubs, bars and much more! You will also admire the architecture and history of the city, exploring the old town of Kaunas, the town hall, or Kaunas Castle. In each of these objects, you will see an intensely boiling life!

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps `Trafi`, and `Žiogas` you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the `Bolt` and `CityBee` apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of Dainava. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment.

The apartment is located on the third floor. Access is only by stairs.
No shoes inside the apartment.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment (no extra visitors or overnight guests).
No smoking inside the apartment.
Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00.
Please wash used dishes and take out the garbage before check-out.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €10 per pet/night. Guests must clean up after their pets.
Please do not move furniture (except chairs).
The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation. Extra bedding, linen, and towels provided for registered guests are stored in the apartment for use as needed. Additional towel sets used: €5/set. Additional bed linen used: €10/set. Damaged items requiring replacement will be charged accordingly.
All guests are required to submit their information for registration with local authorities, in accordance with Lithuanian tourism law.
