"My family had a great time staying at this property. Lots of room and activities for the kids. The cows were absolutely adorable. The only downside was the downstairs air conditioner doesn't seem to working as well as it should. We couldn't get the house to cool under 75 degrees. Thankfully it rained tso it helped keep them temp down. "

"Loved, loved, loved this little place. If you may need it, the host has thought of it: cold waters waiting in the fridge, a variety of snacks on the counter and a coffee bar. The same for toiletries; she has stocked the bathroom with anything you may need. I stayed for two nights to attend a high school graduation at the Berry Center. "Had a memorable and enjoyable stay at this super cute place on lots of land! Kids loved seeing the animals and got to see lots of sweet horses. Amy was amazing with communication and so understanding. House was excellently supplied with any needs. Didn’t realize the main rooms were upstairs, but even with my elderly in-laws, they absolutely loved the stay. Highly recommend!"

"We took 38 seniors and 7 staff members to the ranch for 4 days and 3 nights on our Senior Class trip to Houston. The ranch had everything we could want and more. The communication with our host was quick and easy, and if any minor issue arose, it was taken care of immediately. We felt very safe in the location and it was easily accessible. There was ample parking for our bus and SUV, with no worry of bothering the neighbors. Our students enjoyed the amenities and were very happy with their stay....

"Beautiful house! Very spacious with a great kitchen. The pool and spa were fantastic! It is very private but also close to Brenham for any shopping needs. Brenda is an excellent host and communication/responses were quick and friendly."

"For starters let me say I enjoyed my stay. The place was cute, clean and worked for what I needed. However, the listed is advertised as “entire house” it is not. It would be better classified as an apartment within a home with a private entrance. Secondly, the development is under construction still so if you want to hear crews of workers putting on siding and roofs at 7 am this is the spot for you. That problem will work its self out once construction is complete. Lastly dogs, the host has dogs...
