We have a compact studio apartment on the beach block. Bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. An ideal space for those who want to relax and enjoy all that Praia Grande has to offer. The building is about 70 years old, maintaining the tradition of old 3-story buildings. Quiet and without commotion, the ideal place to stay and explore the main points of Praia Grande. The space: A compact space with a large bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a small laundry area. At the entrance, there is a laundry area with an old but functional washing machine. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave, cabinets with pots, pans, cutlery, and other items. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a shower in the stall. The room has one double bed and one single bed (extra mattress), a 50' television, and WiFi. Guests need to bring their own bed linen. Guest access: Access is via Rua Itararé, 106. The building is approximately 100m from the beach. We have a main entrance, a beach access entrance, and a garage entrance. Garage space is rotating, with one parking space per apartment when available.
