* Check in is possible from 4 PM until 10 PM.

* IMPORTANT: You coming to the clean home and please leave my home CLEAN.

* Towels are sure provided the same as bed linen, hairdryer and shampoos.

* EU/UA socket reduction is available as well. Sure there is wi-fi and local TV.

* Location is right in the heart of city center. Apartment is ok for even 6 people in one reservation (group of friends or family etc.) Apartment has queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 foldable couches in the living room.

*Registration form placed on the black shelf in corridor must be filled up by each guest according passport or ID data. Local tax 15 CZK per each started day per each guest must be paid in cash as the system is not able to charge you during your reservation procedure. This is law of Czech government. Fee for local tourist tax goes from me to Prague city hall. More information is provided inside of apartment.

* Sure there are fans placed in the living room and bedroom as well during summer time. But there is no A/C as Czech republic has 4 seasons and it is not really common to have AC in our homes.

* House is very safe, it´s protected by the 24/7 security service. Reception works non stop.

* There is reception available only for picking up the key in case I am not at home during your check in-time. But no other service is provided by the receptionist, no chance you to leave your luggage in here before or after your check-in time & check-out time as the reception serves only residences and by the building manager it is strongly forbidden to keep your luggage at the reception. If you need to leave your luggage in some safe place then you can use safety box at the Central train station which is located only about 8 min. by walk.

* If I need to check my apartment or to bring some bed linen or other stuff I will let you know that I will be coming. If you do not respond or you will not be at home then please understand that I am allowed to enter to my property.

* Let me know before your landing at the Vaclav Havel Airport or Bus/Train station – I will recommend to you how to get to my apartment by the public transport paying just 1,5 Eur.

* Breakfast is not included. Please behave yourself in good way. Everything you need is available for you and if I can´t welcome you myself there are instructions available in the corridor which you will see straight away after you com in. If u have any questions please let me know throug Airbnb message or phone call, I usually respond very fast :)

* You will feel vibrations and a bit noise caused by trams passing by. This is problem of all apartments located in city center. I write this note here to the apartment description so no later complaining please and read description and house rules before you proceed reservation. Thank you.

* I run a little charity for the little girl named Zanetka - please help to me collect a plastic lids for her :) You will see the details inside the apartment.

* Washing machine is available for fee 5 Eur / 125 CZK and this fee covers up the costs for washing powder, electricity and usage washing machine device itself. Me as host must assist in person with your washing, I have to show you how to use it as some of my guests broke it up and I had to pay expensive repair. Get in touch with me before you use washing machine please.

* Check-in after 10 PM or later check-out or check-in before 4 PM is possible under request and fee 15 Eur / 380 CZK in cash is required. This fee I have to pay to cleaning company for their flexibility or it goes to the receptionist to hand over a key for you in case you come in late night (after 10 PM).

* Well Prague is one of the most beautiful towns in the world and don´t miss occasion to visit it our charming capital :0)

* Everything must see is located just around. The apartment is situated right in the city center in excellent location.

* Palladium Shopping Mall - the biggest in Central Europe is just behind the corner the same as the Powder Tower, Prague´s Municipal House and Old Town square is in distance only 800 meters from my apartment. Charles Bridge is in walking distance too :)

* Metro station Namesti Republiky (yellow line B) just 4 min walk.

* Stations for trams no. 3, 5, 6, 9 and 24 is situated just behind the corner.

* Central Train/Bus station 10 min walk or 2 min by tram.

* Only 1,5 Eur (32 CZK) to get to center from the airport. Let me know before landing and I will give you advise how to buy a ticket. Do not take any taxi if you want to save money.

* Everything must see is located just around. The apartment is situated right in the city center in excellent location.

* There is option to park in the courtyard for 400 - 500 CZK per night (price is pending on availability). Please always ask me before your arrival and I will manage the parking space for you.
