"Arrived just before 6PM to nobody in office and a note on the door directing us to a different cottage ( # 22 ) than the reservation called for ( # 11 ) ..There was a gas wall heater...but no gas to run it . So I used the electric kitchen stone to heat the cottage , but someone had spilled grease on the burners so it smoked terribly. So I opened the doors and windows and turned on the fan until it cleared. Still no one at the office to talk to 7 PM Using the electric oven for warmth we got...

"Host did not respond or was not available on day of check in. Cabin had no heat (fireplace was not working and did not work over the two days we were there. The host did bring two space heaters the following morning, one of them never worked. Location was poor as it was right on Main Street and across from ATV rental/repair business. Overall we tried to make the best of it but it was a disappointing experience."

"The apartment was very nice. Finding the place was a little difficult. It would have been nice to have an address on the property, and to know that it was behind a gas station and connected to a garage. The pictures were a little misleading. But otherwise it was a very pleasant place to stay."

"We had a great stay in Gunnison, and the Cozy Cabin was perfect for the two of us. Just the right size and amenities needed for three nights. We prefer not eating out all of the time and the kitchenette served our needs. Communication was good prior to the stay. The bed is VERY comfortable. The water temperature and pressure were good. Having recycling as an option for items we do not consider trash was appreciated. Already we plan to stay here in August when taking our daughter to school....
