"First off, communication and help and advice from Cam, First Class!! Answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, since we had never been to Ouray. LOCATION is just beautiful, close enough to town for all your needs, walkable for some. Creekside so the sound amazing when sitting outside, deer just walk over to nibble on his grass. Twin Peaks hot springs literally down the street for a day pass to relax. Worth the few extra dollars for the true Hot Springs experience rather than feeling like...

"Great view and location. The second bedroom is in a separate part of the house and not connected. Its dated as shown in pictures but affordable, clean, and relatively private. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Condo was clean, lots of extra towels for the hot springs, and great location for walking around town. Host was very responsive. Noticed the ottoman in the living room was broken (top not attached) and all screws were missing which was dangerous. "

"Everything was as expected we had a maintenance question which was resolved immediately, and we were very pleased to have covered parking for our vehicle. That was a nice perk. You should use that in your listing because it is very valuable in the winter time particularly"

"Super clean unit in the perfect location for exploring Ouray and the surrounding area. Short walk along the river path into town, great parking, full kitchen for cooking. Communication with property management team was easy, absolutely no issues. We would definitely stay in this unit, or other VRC properties, in the future. "

"The house was great. The location is great!! View spectacular!! We really enjoyed the hot springs right across the parking lot and a quick walk to town. The only down side of the property was the cleanliness. For the cleaning fee we expected it to be a little cleaner. "

"Overall very good. Description of the rental was not accurate, there was no dish tv and there was no dishwasher. I can understand the dishwasher but the dish tv was a disappointment. Should update the property description."
