"I gave it a 4 but it’s really a 3.5. Good location on the water. Great view. Plenty of beds (two families, total of 9 people). Dock was ok / sufficient for a weekend. Jet ski port was great. There’s not really a fire pit at the property… it’s just a circle of concrete blocks close to two buildings with very tall grass around it. The basement ceiling is very low so even a 5’5” person has to bend down to shower. The upstairs bedroom has an exhaust fan in it, with a sign that says to turn the fan...

"No room to park even a small trailer at bottom of driveway. Boat parking IS allowed overnight at the Anderson County launch ramp. "

"We loved our stay at Playin’ Hooky! The house was perfect for our group. They truly thought of everything when getting this house prepared for guests. They had games, toys for the kids, high chairs, detergent, etc. The only complaint I would have would be the dead bugs. Lots of carpenter bees, flies, wasps in the window sills in every room. "

"Are stay was amazing!!! The house was very cozy , comfortable and clean. Sleep was amazing ( the mattresses are so comfortable). We would definitely stay there again. The only issues were the Hot tub maintenance needs improvement, it was a little dirty. The front yard needed to be cut and there needs to be somewhere to put trash when taken out. Other than that our stay at Hatters Hideaway was a five star stay.imp"

"Stay was awesome. Very updated cute house on the inside. Would be nice for 1sr bedroom to have blackout shades; the sun was very bright in the early am. 2nd room was perfect. Comfortable beds. The 2nd bathroom shower drain wouldn't stay open; so you had to manually do it after showering. Just letting you know. I definitely recommend this house. Thanks! "

"The cabin was extremely clean and the location is perfect. It's very close to Tiki. If you plan on cooking, you will need to bring everything with you as there isn't anything there. This isn't a negative, just a reminder to plan. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!"

"Amenities are great. Internet access was perfect to work from home. Smart TVs for the older teen, comfy beds for all, pool access was a definite bonus especially for the six year old. Nice walking path and gazebo. Marina is accessible and walkable. Owner of the condo is responsive and helpful. The condo was great. Oh! Call the Waterside Marina ahead of time to coordinate a slip rental or if you want to rent a boat. "
