"Loved the location and beach. House was a typical bach. Great wood fire. Everything there you need plus great books and games. Didnt use garage or sleep out."

"Even with crazy winds for a couple of days, there was plenty to do at the bach. Once the wind was gone, just a quick walk to the beach, great place!"

"These are adequate basic cabins but with booking fees are expensive for this type of accommodation. It’s not clear from the advertising but the toilet and bathroom are situated elsewhere on the site, as is the kitchen. All fine but the advertisement could by clearer about what’s available and the configuration of it all."

"This house has been on my bucket list for years and it definitely lived up to expectations! Even with the cloudy weather, the views were great and the house had everything we could have needed for a relaxing few days! Would 100% stay again!"

"The hostess was friendly, grway communication, a lovely, peaceful propety. Warm cabin, tranquil place with the beautiful countryside to relax. A great place to unwind away from lifes other distractions, chill and enjoy the views and ambience. Loved it! Thank you."

"This is a great place to stay. Everything on the property has been built and decorated with a difference. There is a arts and crafts touch to everything. Be prepared to be greeted by some extremely friendly dogs, a very friendly cat and very curious geese. George and Marina are great hosts.I will happily there again.Garth"

"Our family (3 adults, 1 teen) spent a lovely chill Christmas week at this quirky and beautiful property which looks as though it has been built and decorated through a labour of love over many years. Colourful and delightful everywhere inside. Plenty of comfy spots to stretch out with a book or board game in the house, deck, lawn or patio. Hammock and loungers under a tree were a particular highlight in blistering HB heat. Beach is about 1km walk away, via ice creams at the dairy. Hosts were...

"I arrived needing the toilet. I opened the door to find 3 beds in adjoining rooms but no toilet or bathroom. I ran around in desperation, even to a property next door. Eventually found a tiny, partially hidden pathway which I followed and found a toilet and bathroom at the end of the path. No signage or written explanations in the bedroom telling me where the toilet is. No response to my desperate written message."
