"Easy access to the stadiums with endless options for food and coffee. Parking isn't ideal, as most of the streets nearby close for events. While the suggestion was to choose a street-level lot a few blocks away, it was i credibly expensive. We found a cheaper parking garage even closer, that should really be the suggested location for guests. Aside from that, it was a great spot."

"Great location in Capitol Hill as an alternative to pricey hotels. Well maintained and well appointed, super comfy bed and all the amenities I needed for my three night stay. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a more economical way to visit Seattle."

"This is our go to place and have stayed several times. The owner is super sweet and communicates promptly. The property is clean and quiet with a pretty view of the water and some city lights if you have a water facing view. We won't stay anywhere else when we are in the area and I highly recommend it!"

When we arrived for a time of solitude and study we found there was no toilet paper in the home, and several lightbulbs were burnt out making it impossible to get enough light in any area for the work we had rented it to accomplish. "We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."
