"We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. "The room was excellent, in great condition, clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the air conditioning units in both rooms which tamed the Kefalonia summer heat. The location is a distance away (10 minutes walk) from both Argostoli and Lassi, and is a steep uphill walk back, but this means it's no problem with car parking close to the property as it's away from the tourist zones. "We had a fantastic stay at here. The apartment is perfect for a week away - clean throughout, everything you would need supplied and a fully equipped kitchen. Athena and her brother were very welcoming and Athena very kindly gave us some great recommendations. The views from the apartment are stunning and it is a perfect walk into the harbour town, with lots of choice of bars and restaurants. Some brilliant little beaches nearby and a great base to explore the beautiful island of Kefalonia....

Can highly recommend their Greek pizza- it was delicious! The only things that stops me giving 5 stars is that the curtains in our room were very thin and we had a bright light shining in all night- blackout curtains would be good for the rooms.
