"Very nice place, bedroom was spacious, , bed was very comfortable, bathrrom had a bath with a rain shower, complimentary toiletries. Tv, radio, ironing board, hairdryer, towels in room. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate , sparkling and still water. Plenty on the breakfast menu to choose from. Restaurant menu looks nice i didnt have a meal as was visiting family. "Clean but very dated — proceed with caution if you have a dog I have mixed feelings about this stay. On one hand, the room was clean, which is the most important thing. However, the condition of the room was quite poor; the furniture felt like it was sourced from a low-end second-hand shop—battered, cheap, and very old. "We’re disturbed all night by rude guests. Staff were not willing to come and check in on the noise and put an end to it. I was woken up at least 5 times before 3.30am. Management completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the situation. "

"A nice hotel, well appointed in the public areas. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Boti the chef. The room was small however there was a separate study/dressing room area. There is a somewhat terrifying lift to the upper floors. A good substantial breakfast was included. It is situated in the town centre very close to the railway station. "

Unfortunately our twin room was like an outbuilding in the car park and very cold (radiators didn’t work) with a lamp not working and a spot lamp flashing on and off. "Front desk staff were lovely. The hotel itself is very nice, room was a bit run down - missing faucet handle bit, needing a little tlc overall. Sheets seemed clean but I found hair that wasn’t mine around the room. My biggest complaint though isn’t with the hotel itself but instead the restaurant within the hotel.
