"11/10 Could not be happier with the stay. Staff was so nice and attentive, breakfast was fantastic, amenities were truly exceptional, close to king street and everything we needed but not close to the extent where you can be bothered by noise. Our only recommendations would be a broader range of higher protein options at breakfast, late night room service options, and an addition of a house car to help with rides to local spots such as dinner. Will definitely stay again!"

The public spaces feel very cramped and too small to really enjoy; for example the lobby is very small and right past the check in desk. Not a welcoming environment four lounging. The rooms are a good size but ours did not have a door between the room and the double vanity area of the bathroom which was very unappealing. "Not your Standard hotel. There are 2 buildings. We stayed in the Townhouse. This building does not have an elevator but the Bellman assists you with luggage. The other building, hotel side does have an elevator. Breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be making a return stay. There is an evening wine and cheese social. Most downtown areas are within walking distance."

"House keeping was merely adequate.Second day no clean cups, did not replace used coffee, sweet n lows or creamer. No clean glasses in room. Valet parking was way too expensive. Restaurant and service were very good. Front desk personnel helpful."
